How to Order
Welcome to What A Poster! We've designed our ordering process to ensure you get the posters you love, while also keeping you informed about their availability. Please read through these steps carefully:
Step 1: Browse and Add to Cart
Explore our collection of posters by scrolling through the main page.
When you find a poster you're interested in, simply click the "Add to Cart" button. You can add multiple posters to your cart if you wish.
If a poster is marked "Sold Out," it is currently unavailable and cannot be added to your cart.
Step 2: Navigate to Your Shopping Cart
Once you've added all the posters you're interested in, click on the "Cart" link in the top navigation bar (or the cart icon on mobile) to view your selected items.
Step 3: Send Your Purchase Inquiry
In your shopping cart, you'll see a summary of your selected posters and the total price.
Click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. This will open a "Purchase Inquiry" box.
In this box, you'll be asked to provide your shipping information (Full Name, Address, City, State, and Zip Code). This information is crucial for us to prepare your inquiry and potential shipping label.
Once you've filled in your details, click the "Send Email Inquiry" button.
Step 4: Confirm and Send Your Email
Clicking "Send Email Inquiry" will trigger your default email client (e.g., Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail) to open.
A new email will be pre-filled with:
The subject line: "Purchase Inquiry - Posters Cart - [Your Full Name]"
The body: A detailed list of the posters in your cart, the total price, and the shipping information you provided in the box.
Important: Please review the pre-filled email to ensure all details are correct. Then, you must manually click "Send" within your email client to send the inquiry to us.
Understanding Our Inquiry Process (Important!)
This is an Inquiry, Not a Guaranteed Purchase: The "Add to Cart" and "Send Email Inquiry" process is designed to allow you to inquire about the availability of the posters you're interested in. It does NOT guarantee that the items are currently in stock or reserved for you.
First Come, First Served: Our posters are unique, and availability can change rapidly. We operate on a "first come, first served" basis. There is always a possibility that the website's displayed availability might not reflect the absolute current stock.
Why an Inquiry? This inquiry step helps us confirm the exact availability of your selected posters and ensure they are ready for purchase before you make any payment.
What Happens Next?
Once we receive your inquiry email, our team will check the availability of your selected posters.
If the posters are available: We will send you a follow-up email containing a secure PayPal link to complete your payment.
If the posters are not available: We will send you an email informing you that the requested items are currently out of stock.
